It is your responsibility and obligation to independently determine if the matched real estate broker or agent has the skillset, professionalism, specialization, experience and integrity to fulfill your specific needs. You are encouraged to compare the matched broker or agent to other real estate professionals.
Real Estate Broker Match and Real Estate Foundation, Inc. are not providing real estate brokerage, financial planning, accounting, due diligence, engineering, tax, legal, Qualified Intermediary or valuation services. You and your tax, legal and financial advisors are advised to: (i) independently confirm the accuracy of all information (ii) investigate the property to determine suitability for investment, sale or lease and (iii) independently determine property value, due diligence and perform contractual obligations. You agree to indemnify and hold Real Estate Broker Match and Real Estate Foundation, Inc. harmless from any and all monetary or other damages caused from a delayed, failed or unsatisfactory transaction or broker match. This Agreement is made in the State of Colorado and shall be governed by Colorado law. This Agreement shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the parties and their respective heirs, representatives, executors, successors and assigns and all parties hereby consent to Venue and Jurisdiction of Colorado Courts to resolve any and all disputes arising under this agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or other agreements, promises and representations. This Agreement shall not be modified or amended except in writing signed by both parties.
